A single PROMPT.md, MIT-licensed, that works pasted into Claude, ChatGPT or any capable AI. Phase 1 does the homework: it reads your receipt, invoice and emails, extracts the company, amount, dates and payment method, studies the company's live refund policy and terms of service, then writes a short, polite, cooperative letter — no legal threats, because those route your ticket to a slower queue; an ironclad argument (say, an EU resident inside the 14-day withdrawal window) appears as one soft sentence at the end. If they refuse or stall, Phase 2 asks for an escalation letter: the exact consumer-protection statutes for your country with article numbers, the named bodies you'll complain to, and the full ladder — formal complaint, consumer authority, card chargeback, small claims — with the deadlines that quietly expire.

What it does

  • Two-phase strategy: research and a polite, policy-based letter first; escalation only if the company refuses or stalls
  • Phase 1 reads your documents, then checks the company's live website for refund policy and terms — a policy-based refund is one a support agent can approve with the button they already have
  • Phase 2 cites exact consumer-protection statutes with article numbers and the full ladder — formal complaint, consumer authority, card chargeback, small claims — with deadlines
  • A single portable PROMPT.md — paste into Claude, ChatGPT or any capable AI; no install, no API key

When to use it

Getting subscriptions, digital purchases and bookings refunded without paying a lawyer or guessing which law applies — and having a prepared escalation path when the first letter is ignored.
