What it does

• 11 plugins for non-engineering job functions: productivity, sales, customer-support, product-management, marketing, legal, finance, data, enterprise-search, bio-research, and cowork-plugin-management
• Each plugin bundles skills, MCP connectors, slash commands, and sub-agents for one job function, on a standard structure (.claude-plugin/plugin.json manifest, .mcp.json connectors, commands/, skills/)
• Built for Claude Cowork, also compatible with Claude Code; entirely file-based — markdown and JSON, no code, no infrastructure, no build steps
• Role connectors pre-wired in .mcp.json — sales ships connectors including HubSpot/Close/Clay/ZoomInfo/Fireflies, finance and data ship Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery

When to use it

Give non-developer roles a working starting point for Claude: install the plugin for their job function, then customize connectors and terminology to your company's tools. Ships example slash commands like /sales:call-prep, /data:write-query, /finance:reconciliation, and /product-management:write-spec.

Things to know

Self-described generic starting points — they become much more useful when you customize them for how your company works (edit .mcp.json to point at your own tool stack). Cowork-first; Claude Code compatibility is secondary.
