Framelink's Figma MCP server — feed real design layout data to Claude for design-to-code.
The de-facto Figma MCP server (Framelink): lets Claude fetch and simplify Figma file layout via the Figma API, so generated code reflects the actual design — frames, components, and hierarchy — instead of a screenshot guess. The standard bridge for design-to-code workflows with Claude Code or Cursor.
Design-to-code: paste a Figma frame URL and let Claude generate the matching component with real spacing, colors and typography from the design tree.
Requires a Figma personal access token. macOS/Linux:
{
"Framelink MCP for Figma": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "figma-developer-mcp", "--figma-api-key=YOUR-KEY", "--stdio"]
}
}
Windows wraps through cmd:
{
"Framelink MCP for Figma": {
"command": "cmd",
"args": ["/c", "npx", "-y", "figma-developer-mcp", "--figma-api-key=YOUR-KEY", "--stdio"]
}
}It reads whatever your token can see — the token leaks file access, so don't commit configs containing it. Output quality depends on the design file: unnamed layers and missing auto-layout produce vaguer context.

Red Hat's "ripgrep for AI context" — a C++23 zero-dependency CLI that also speaks MCP.
One shared session memory for 25+ coding agents — Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor finally remember the same project.
