consulting-pptx-skill packages one consulting team's weekly deck workflow: slide-rules.md (~110 rules distilled from real review feedback, like 'the conclusion goes in the title'), a scripts/check_deck.py that machine-detects violations including leftover placeholders, and a 62-part 16:9 HTML slide library (27 basic + 35 extended parts) assembled per deck with new_deck.py. Decks export to PDF via Chrome — the repo has moved from gozen3ji to carnot-tech, and the old editable-PPTX export pipeline was dropped along the way.

What it does

  • slide-rules.md: ~110 rules captured one line per real review comment — meant to be fed to the agent before every deck and grown with your own house rules
  • check_deck.py machine-checks violations and FAILs on any leftover placeholder (Text 1, Label 1, 00, YYYY)
  • 62-part 16:9 HTML catalog (27 basic + 35 extended parts), assembled into one file with new_deck.py --parts b01,m05,...
  • Optional real-render layout inspection via check_layout.mjs (Playwright + Chromium), plus a content-review prompt for a second agent that reviews language, logic, and contradictions

When to use it

For anyone who has watched an agent produce confident but visually illiterate slides: weekly proposals and reports where layout discipline matters, and teams that want to codify their own house slide style into a rules file the agent must obey.

Things to know

Decks are built as 16:9 HTML and exported to PDF via Chrome — native .pptx editing is not included (the old JSON-to-PPTX export lives only at the pipeline-archived tag). Documentation is Japanese-first, with a shorter English summary in the README.
