Manage multiple AI terminal agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Aider) in parallel tmux sessions.
A terminal UI (`cs` command) that runs several AI coding agents side by side, each in its own tmux session and isolated git worktree. You can watch all agents' progress at a glance, jump into any session, and merge whichever branch finishes best. The practical answer to 'can I run more than one Claude Code at once?'
The practical answer to running more than one agent at once: two features in parallel, a refactor here and a bugfix there, each in its own worktree. Also a low-cost way to trial competing agents (Claude Code vs Codex vs Aider) on the same codebase without uninstalling anything.
brew install claude-squad, then symlink the binary: ln -s "$(brew --prefix)/bin/claude-squad" "$(brew --prefix)/bin/cs" or: curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/smtg-ai/claude-squad/main/install.sh | bash Prerequisites: tmux and the GitHub CLI (gh).
AGPL-3.0. Repo activity has quieted — last push August 2026 per the GitHub API (checked 2026-10-17) — so expect slow fixes. If a new session times out waiting for tmux, the README's first remedy is updating the underlying agent (e.g. claude) to the latest version.

Wire all 15 Claude Code hook events into the Clawd on Desk desktop pet — and turn permission requests into a blocking desktop card.
An unofficial Rust 1:1 reimplementation of the Claude Code terminal UI, ported file-for-file onto an iocraft TUI framework.
Hook-level enforcement for the natural-language rules in AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md — every edit is judged and violations are repaired in the same turn.
